Try This great Tuna Fried Rice is delicious...

Fried Rice Ingredients:
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 garlics (chopped)
  • 1/4 of each red and green paprika (sliced in small cubicle)
  • 2 spoon of fried red onion.fried tuna
  • 150 gr of Rice
  • 1/4 cup of cooking oil
  • 1 tea sp of salt
  • 1/2 tea sp of pepper
  • 1 table sp of soya sauce
  • 4 table sp of sweet soya sauce


* First of all steam rice as your steamer instructions (usually I add 1,5 cup of water and steam for 25 minutes)
* And then fried onion until it looks golden, add garlic, paprika, soya sauce and tuna. After they are halfed cook, add pepper, salt. Cook until they are a little bit dry.
* Next is to add rice then stir until they are well mixed. Add sweet soya souce and cooked for 5 more minutes or until they are a little bit dry.
* Pour fried red onion for final touch on the plate...and the fried rice recipe is ready to serve...2 servings

Fried Rice Recipe ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp garlic purée
  • 140g chopped fresh or frozen peppers
  • handful fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 140g cooled, cooked rice
  • 1 egg , beaten
  • light soy sauce , to drizzle

Fried Rice Recipe Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over a high heat. Add garlic purée and stir briefly. Add the peppers and broccoli florets, stir-fry for 3 mins. Tip in the rice, then stir-fry for another 3-4 mins.

2. Make a well in the centre of the rice and add the egg. Cook for 1 min, then stir the egg into the fried rice. Season to taste and spoon into serving bowls. Drizzle with soy sauce and serve..... great tasting Veggie egg fried rice Recipe.... hmmmm !

This recipe serves 2.


* 4 cups cooked rice
* 1 thinly sliced medium onion
* 1 clove garlic, crushed
* 2 medium eggs
* 1 tsp shrimp paste or belachan
* 1 tsp chili powder
* 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
* 3 Tbsps oil
* Salt to taste
* Cucumber, tomato and cilantro for garnishing
* Prawn crackers (optional)


1. Cooked rice – Day old rice is ideal for fried rice as it is drier, which prevents it from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan or the wok. The rice cannot be cooked with too much water which makes it too gooey. It needs to be cooked al-dente, with a small degree of plus and minus in the texture for personal preferences.
2. Chili paste – Use only pure chili powder. Add 1 tsp of water and mix together. Let it stand for about half an hour. li]Heat up 1 Tbsp of oil on low heat in a wok. Add the shrimp paste, and cook until it is brown and fragrant.
3. Add another Tbsp of oil and add the garlic and onions. Fry until golden brown, and the fragrance of the garlic and onions are released.
4. Add the chili paste followed by the rice. Fry on high heat.
5. Fry until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Stir constantly so that none of the ingredients stick to the wok.
6. Add the soy sauce and stir until the soy sauce is evenly distributed.
7. Add 2 Tbsp of water if you feel the rice is too grainy and hard. The rice should be nice and fluffy.
8. Separately, using a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, fry the eggs sunny side up.
9. Serve the Fried rice with a few slices of cucumbers and tomatoes. Garnish with some cilantro, and an egg for each serving.Enjoy it !

Oriental Egg Fried Rice Recipe

This Oriental egg fried rice recipe is sure to delight your family.


* a mugful of American long grain rice
* a cupful of frozen peas
* 2 tbsp sunflower oil
* 2 back bacon rashers, roughly chopped
* 1 small red pepper , chopped
* 2 garlic cloves , thinly sliced
* 2 large eggs
* 1 heaped tsp Chinese five-spice powder


1. Fill a roomy saucepan with water, bring to the boil and tip in a heaped teaspoon of salt - the water will bubble furiously. Pour in the rice, stir once and return to the boil, then turn the heat down a little so that the water is boiling steadily, but not vigorously.
2. Boil uncovered, without stirring (this makes for sticky rice) for 10 minutes. After 8 minutes, throw in the frozen peas, boil for 2 minutes and drain (don't rinse).
3. Heat the sunflower oil in a wok and stir fry the bacon for 3-4 minutes until crisp. Tip in the red pepper and the garlic cloves and stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Beat the eggs, pour into the pan and stir fry until the egg just sets. Toss in the Chinese 5-spice

Salmon Fried Rice Recipe

A quick and easy recipe for salmon fried rice recipe..try it !

  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup flaked salmon
  • 2 cup leftover steamed rice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok. Stir-fry onion on medium heat until it's almost clear. Add flaked salmon and stir-fry together. Season with salt and pepper lightly. Add rice and stir-fry for a few minutes. Sprinkle green onion. Pour soy sauce over the fried rice and stir quickly. Stop the heat.

Java Fried Rice Recipe

  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 250 g/8 oz chicken breast, pork or beef fillet
  • 100 g/31/2 oz cooked shrimps
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 500 g/16 oz boiled rice (150 g/5 oz uncooked)
  • freshly ground white pepper


1.Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely. Trim the chilies, slit open and wash out the seeds. Cut into thin rings.

2.Rinse the meat under the cold tap, dry and shred very finely. Put the shrimps in a sieve, rinse under the cold tap and then drain thoroughly.

3.Whisk the eggs in a bowl with 3 tbsp soy sauce and pepper.

4.Heat the wok, pour in a little oil and heat, distributing the oil evenly around the lower part of the wok. One by one, make three or four thin omelets with the eggs, remove from the wok and cut into thin strips.

5.Heat the rest of the oil in the wok. Add the onions, garlic and chilies and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

6.Add the meat and stir-fry until browned, then add the shrimps.

7.Add the rice and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. Season to taste with soy sauce and pepper and mix the strip of omelets.

Ham and Egg Fried Rice

Try this great Ham and Egg Fried Rice Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 3 tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 ounces Ham, cooked, cubed
  • 1 Scallion, finely chopped
Boil the peas, uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes.

Drain and run cold water over them. Have the peas, oil, eggs, rice, salt, ham and scallions handy.

Heat a 10" skillet over a high heat for 30 seconds.

Pour in 1 teaspoon of oil, swirl it about in the pan and reduce the flame to moderate. Pour in the beaten eggs. They will form a film on the bottom of the pan at once. Immediately lift this film gently with a fork and push it to the back of the pan to cook. As soon as the eggs are set, but before they become dry or begin to brown, transfer them to a small bowl and break them up with a fork. Pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan. Swirl it around and heat it for 30 seconds.

Add the rice and stir fry 2 to 3 minutes until all grains are coated with oil. Add the salt, peas and ham and stir fry for 20 seconds. Return the eggs to the pan, add the scallions and cook only long enough to heat the eggs thoroughly. Serve fried rice at once.
